To our families and our friends for your love and support through our darkest times, we can never put into words what you have done for us and continue to do. We also want to recognize all of those who have participated in our events; the bike riders, the many volunteers that help us organize these events and everyone that shows up year after year to help us keep our son’s memory alive.

In addition, we want to give a special thanks to everyone who helped us get this foundation up and running, ESPECIALLY Nick Frese, who designed this website and spent countless hours making it perfect. Nick knew how important this project was to us and gave us 150%. We could not have done this without him.

A little insight into our relationship with Nick. Nick and John Sr. grew up as neighbors on Decatur St. in Camden, NJ. Nick was also a fellow classmate of Maryann’s, graduating together in 1975. After school and since moving from Camden we all went our separate ways, getting married and having our children, living life. Occasionally we may have bumped into each other at class reunions or through Social Media (Facebook). It was when we lost our son that our re-connection occurred. Unfortunately, Nick and his wife Cindi lost their daughter Nicole when she was only 24 years old. Please take the time to visit Nick’s website in honor of his daughter Nicole at http://www.nicolefrese.com.
